  • Wage and group insurance provisions FY21 and FY22

    On December 11, 2019, the Civil Service Commission approved Wage and group insurance provisions for October 1, 2020 - September 30, 2022 for employees represented by the UAW, MCO, SEIU 517M S&E Unit, HSS Unit and Technical Unit, MSEA and AFSCME Council 25. On the following dates eligible employees covered by these agreements will receive base wage increases as indicated:

    • October 1, 2020 - 2%
    • First full pay period in April 2021 - 1%
    • October 1, 2021 - 2%
    • First full pay period in April 2022 - 1%

    Details on plan design changes for the State Health Plan PPO, the Dental Plan or the Vision Plan for FY21 and FY22 can be found in the collective bargaining agreements.

OSE Professional Development Funds
  • Professional Development Fund

    The Professional Development Fund (PDF) was established in 1991 to provide an opportunity for nonexclusively represented employees to obtain partial reimbursement for education or training that is not available through state-offered training or department funding sources. The program is funded in accordance with the coordinated compensation plan approved by the Civil Service Commission.
