All employees of the State of Michigan (SOM) are eligible for Library of Michigan library cards. Some in-person services are still suspended as a result of the Library's closure during COVID-19. Please view our COVID-19 Updates page for the current status of all in-person services

State of Michigan government employees may apply for library cards online by completing the form below or in person at the Library's 2nd floor Reference Desk. The Library building is open Monday - Friday, 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm.
